Getting started

For new MessageMedia users, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign up and create an account with MessageMedia.
  2. Create or login to your Zapier account.
  3. Link your MessageMedia account to Zapier.
  4. Select the Zendesk application and create a zap.

For existing MessageMedia users, please follow these steps:

  1. Create or login to your Zapier account.
  2. Link your MessageMedia account to Zapier.
  3. Select the Zendesk application and create a zap.
